Agenda for 2025 AGM and Minutes of the 2024 AGM will be sent prior to the meeting.

At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:

·        Discuss ACCL’s operations and finances and ask questions.

·        speak about any items on the agenda

·        vote on any resolutions proposed.

At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:

·        confirm 2024 AGM Minutes

·        accept the annual report/accept the auditor’s report/ accept the annual financial statements

·        appoint and pay an auditor

·        adopt Annual Report

·        appointment of invited directors

The following special resolution/s will be proposed at the annual general meeting:
